Quilted fabric waste & foam cutting machine BC1007/ BC1007-S
The machine is suitable for upholstery, sofa, mattress, toy, separate packing material production.
The machine is mostly used to cut the recycled material into regular pieces so that the waste material can be fully reutilized. The processed material can be used in foam reproduction of to be filling stuff.
To make full use of waste materials. Sponge, non-woven cloth, glue-spray cotton, pleated cotton, quilted fabric waste(mattress cover waste)
The cutting tool is made in German and the blade is very shape and durable.
The traditional way of processing waste material is to tear or shred the materials into irregular pieces with much powder raising. While BC1007 adopts the advanced technology to cut the material into regular pieces. No dust during processing, low noise, good to health & environment.
Strong capacity, can cut quilted fabric waste, pleated cotton & non-woven cloth easily.
